Ophthalmic Technician
Assist doctors with tasks such as performing tests, gathering information from patient, maintaining daily flow, etc. Candidates will be able to work towards COA certification! Must be outgoing, pleasant, professional, reliable, and accurate. No experience necessary.
Surgical Scheduler
Must be detail oriented, professional, able to work independently, have strong customer service skills and the ability to multi task and prioritize. Surgical scheduling experience desired but not required.
Front Desk
Duties include checking patients in, scheduling and confirming appointments, collect co-pays, ensure referrals and authorizations are obtained. Must be detail oriented, have very strong customer service skills and be able to multi-task.
Call Center Representative
This position requires excellent communication, computer and phone skills and the ability to multi-task. You will make appointments, confirm patient demographic and insurance information, and obtain referrals. Previous medical office and or call center experience is a plus.
Medical Billing
As a member of our Billing department some of your tasks will include charge entry, posting payments, and resolving denied claims. You must be professional, detail oriented and very accurate. No experience is necessary.
Part Time Medical Billing
This position is primarily responsible for charge entry. 12 hours per week, Tuesday, Thursday 4:30-7:30pm, and Saturday 8am- 2pm. You must be professional, detail oriented and very accurate. No experience is necessary.
Licensed Optician / Apprentice / Optical Assistant
Our Optical department is responsible for eyeglasses and contact lens orders. Whether you are a Licensed Optician, an Apprentice working towards your license, or an Optical Assistant just beginning your optical journey, everyone works together professionally to get everything done while having fun.
